Return/ Exchange Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS. We will exchange for another item from the same manufacturer originally purchased

Exchange Policy

We sell only premium quality new pieces. Therefore: Exchanged wigs or hairpieces must be in original condition as received with tags attached and no damage or wear to the piece or the box. Request for exchange must be within 3 business days of receipt of product and have an Return for Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned.

Request for Exchange

Request for exchange Merchandise Authorization number must be sent via e-mail to customersupport@militarymodeler.com You will receive via e-mail an RMA# and return address to send your exchange. Do not send your exchange item without a RMA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Without an RMA# on the outside of the box your package will not be accepted.

On a sheet of paper inside your package, please list the following:

1. Your original order number. *This is very important.

2. The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.

3. Your ship to address and phone number.

Back Orders

If a backorder occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives! If you don't receive it in a reasonable length of time, please let us know! customersupport@militarymodeler.com

Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 1-12 hours of you placing your order. All orders are placed with the manufacturer upon processing your order. Contingent on manufacturer availability your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being processed and placed with the manufacturer. At such time your item will be either ground or air shipped depending on your chosen method of shipping on your order form. We do NOT charge your credit card before shipping out.
